By joining our workshop, you agree that:
1) You must pay the workshop fee in full before the workshop starts.
Workshop fee is non-refundable once attended. Workshop fee is fully
refundable if the participant notify us in writing at least one day
before the workshop. Deposit is not refundable.
2) At any time before or during the workshop, Mesworkshop reserves the
right to disallow, discontinue or prohibit the participation of a
participant in the workshop for any valid cause such as, but not limited
to the following:
a) Failure of the participant to pay the workshop fee
b) Violation of the participant of these rules and regulations,
or any of the rules prescribed by Mesworkshop for the workshop proper;
and/or
c) Any display of improper behavior or conduct by a participant, or if
the participant's stay in the workshop constitutes a distraction in the
normal operation of the workshop or of Mesworkshop, or poses a risk or
danger to the life or property of Mesworkshop personnel and fellow
workshop participants.
d) Business competitor.
3 All workshops shall be conducted under the control and supervision of
Mesworkshop. Mesworkshop may prescribe and promulgate other rules or
supplement, amend and modify rules, to govern the workshop. Mesworkshop
reserves the right to record the workshop or any part thereof in any
manner, and to exhibit any of such record in any medium for any purpose.
4) Mesworkshop hold no responsible for inaccuracy of the course material
provided to the particapant for the workshop.
5) Mesworkshop reserved the rights to change the venue and date of the
workshop with reasonable purpose.
6) Participant agrees not to copy, redistribute or sell the workshop
course material. No recording is allowed.
7) Mesworkshop reserved the rights to change this Rules and Regulations
without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT OR TITLE, WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. |
